For more than 35 years, MACTEC Maschinenbau has been developing and manufacturing high-performance film converting machines for customers worldwide. Our machines are used across a wide range of industries – from packaging and pharmaceutical production to cleanroom applications and specialized industrial solutions.

Roll to roll

Our roll-to-roll machines deliver highest precision and efficiency in processing a wide range of films. They are suitable for various materials – from PE and PP films to complex laminated films – and ensure continuous, trouble-free production processes.

Thanks to our modular machine concept, width, speed, and film thickness can be flexibly adapted to meet individual production requirements.

Side sealer

Our side-seal machines enable the precise and fully automatic production of side-seal bags from PE, PP, and laminated films. They deliver continuous, reliable production and ensure uniform, stable seams, even with demanding materials and high speeds of up to 300 cycles per minute.

Thanks to our modular and flexible machine concept, width, speed, and film thickness can be optimally adapted to meet individual production requirements – including applications with special features, such as zipper integration.

Bottom sealer without needles

Our bottom-seal machines enable the high-precision, fully automatic production of bags and sacks from polyethylene and polypropylene films. The machines are available in working widths of 1100 mm, 1400 mm, and 1600 mm and impress with their robust construction, high process stability, and flexible applications.

A key feature is our proprietary clamping system, which allows the machines to be optionally configured for cleanroom applications up to ISO Class 5.

Big-bag machines

Our heavy-duty / Big-Bag machines enable the fully automatic production of large bags from PE or PP films. They are designed for maximum load capacity, precise seam quality, and efficient production processes, even with very large formats and high throughput.

Thanks to our modular machine concept, parameters such as bag size, film thickness, and production speed can be flexibly adapted to meet individual requirements.

Extrusion winders

Our extrusion winders are specifically designed for the precise and efficient winding of films after extrusion. They enable continuous, trouble-free production and ensure perfect winding quality, even with demanding materials such as PE, PP, or laminated films.

For cleanroom applications, the extrusion winders can optionally be configured for ISO Class 5.
